The studying experience

We offer four intakes per year, starting in February, April, July and September. Our subjects are delivered over a ten-week intake, allowing students to complete their degrees in manageable segments. A number of our MBA subjects are also offered in intensive mode, designed to limit the time students need to take off work. This mode of delivery allows students to complete a subject within five days scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays.


Our high-quality programmes have been designed in consultation with global industry leaders, and are continuously revised to maintain their relevance and meet the highest international standards. Our lecturers are experts not only in teaching their academic disciplines, but also in the practicalities of industry. Our faculty is strong and dynamic, and is committed to excellence in academic provision and research, and to continually strengthening our links with industry and government.


Students of Sydney Business School have full access to all University of Wollongong campus and online facilities. English-language and learning support services are also available, including academic skills workshops and personal counselling. An international student adviser is also available to provide assistance with a range of issues for international students, including homesickness, study difficulties, budgeting, legal issues, immigration, health and personal problems.


As a founding partner of the Australian National Business School (ANBS), made up of six of the top business schools in Australia, we are able to offer students greater flexibility if they need to relocate and continue their studies with one of our partner institutions.We also provide opportunities for students to attend management schools in Asia and Europe.
