School of ManagementWelcome to the School of Management and thanks for visiting our web site. The School of Management is one of the newer Schools within the University of Tasmania established in 1992. The School has developed rapidly to be one of the largest and most diverse within the University. We now offer programs in Hobart, Launceston, Burnie, as well as internationally, and have a team of staff who are recognised around the world for their excellence in teaching and research.

Our undergraduate teaching program aims to provide an innovative educational experience that equips students with knowledge, skills and abilities relevant to a range of management-related disciplines. Students are able to study across the fields of business management, human resource management, marketing, entrepreneurship, tourism and international business. This eclectic mix means that our program offers a strong basis for enhancing students' intellectual development in several core business areas.

Our graduates are adaptable, well educated, and posses professional skills that make them very employable in today's rapidly changing business environment. In addition, the wide range of units offered in these areas, on a multi-campus platform, gives great flexibility to students and is supported by use of flexible delivery modes.
