Loyola's campus is located in the beautiful Uptown area of New Orleans . Our location in this wonderful city has created a unique set of opportunities for our students. The rebuilding of post-Katrina New Orleans provides a truly fascinating laboratory for students of business, as they see each day how organizations recover from adversity and learn why effective leadership is critical for the survival and growth of business firms in difficult times.

Additionally, we have identified numerous opportunities for our students to be active participants in the rebuilding of a stronger city. Through the Loyola Corps program our students and faculty are actively engaged in rebuilding both the business community in New Orleans and our community as a whole. This year Loyola's students will spend more than 5,000 hours actively working to rebuild New Orleans through volunteer work, internships, part-time jobs, and classroom projects.
