The Lally School of Management & Technology founded in 1963 is an integral part of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Building on a heritage of more than 175 years of leadership in science and engineering, Rensselaer's Lally School develops technologically-savvy, entrepreneurial business leaders who can initiate and guide innovation for commercial success. All programs enable the next generation of business leaders to combine their passion for technology with the management ability to succeed in today's challenging global marketplace.

The Lally School strives to achieve distinctive excellence in technology, entrepreneurship and innovation in the global economy. We are dedicated to nurturing excellence in everything that we do. The Lally School Advisory Council provides advice and guidance to the Dean regarding the all academic programs—graduate and undergraduate—as well as the research focus and the overall operations, including admissions, placement, etc. The Council is composed of successful senior executives from large corporations (US and abroad) as well as from smaller, entrepreneurial firms.
